1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. The terms contained in this Privacy Policy, whenever used with the first letter capitalized, will have the meaning established below, whether in the plural or singular:

2. OBJECTIVE

2.1 BRDTech values ​​and recognizes the importance of your privacy. Therefore, we have created a Privacy Policy in order to clearly inform you about the Processing of your Personal Data and as a way of demonstrating our commitment to protecting Privacy and Personal Data Protection, under the terms of the General Data Protection Law Personnel (“LGPD”), Law No. 13,709/18.

4.1 BRDTech always protects the identity of the Holders, using data protection mechanisms provided for in technical and organizational standards, as well as the measures provided for by law.

4.3 BRDTech may share with service providers or partners to manage or support certain aspects of our business operations on our behalf, such as hosting and data storage service providers, fraud management, sales on our behalf, order fulfillment, content personalization, advertising and marketing activities (including digital and personalized advertising) and IT services.

Your requests will be treated with special care so that we can ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity to ensure that only the data subject exercises his or her rights over his or her Personal Data.

7.1 We seek to adopt the appropriate technical and organizational measures provided for by Data Protection Laws to protect your Personal Data at BRDTech.
